Warsaw Stock Exchange-listed developer Polnord has acquired more than 12,500 sqm of land located near ul. Admiralska and ul. Czerwonych Beretów in the Rembertów district of the Polish capital. The company plans to build a residential project with approximately 10,000 sqm of usable space on the site. The scheme will comprise 213 apartments with Polnord expecting to launch construction work in the final quarter of this year. In Warsaw, Polnord is currently selling housing units in a number of developments located in the Wilanów and Wola districts.
